Back in November 2006, I wrote about how I saw the end of TXB in the horizon. I saw the finish line, but I was taking my sweet time to get there. However, as I was slowly walking, I came across another path. I remember taking this route many years ago, but for some reason, I abandoned it.
And while I began to travel it, the Saban-Levy-composed theme song of Kidd Video entered my ears for some strange reason.
This path was covered in briars, ivy, and shrubs, clearly a sign of lack of attention. I saw familiar signs now covered by grit and grime barely visible with familiar phrases like "Absolution Station" and "HFIL" only peering out of them. Things other than action-cartoons and Toonami were seen here. The air seemed a lot fresher here too. The more I looked at this route, the more I realized that, gee, this road feels nice and familiar. As I got out of the covered path, I made a fateful discovery.
This path was always connected to the bridge I've been crossing all this time.
And as much as I liked the direction I've always traveled, I kind of like this familiar path as well, and the finish line seems a bit farther now.
I realized that this road is the reverse of TXB. This road is BXT.
Welcome to the flipside.
