The
Purpose of the CNX: Toonami Campaign
What is This Site?

CNX: Toonami - The Inner Circle is a site ran by myself that's dedicated to action cartoons and Toonami. This site is divided into five main parts:
The main page, which has very up to date news bytes and updates in the world of Toonami
Absolution Station, a very interactive section of the site that houses a gallery, and other fun stuff.
Cartoon Network eXtreme (CNX): Toonami, which shows nothing but action cartoons. Not just anime, but home-grown North American animation from the US and Canada! By action, I also mean fantasy as well! This is just the beginning of something that will grow even bigger with the support of animation fans like yourself. This is the ultimate dream: A 24-hour dream network with the attitude of Toonami and a wide library of the finest action-animation on the planet.
CNXtra, news and opinions you can use!
CNX Toonami is a home to up-to-date news and information about action-animation and this powerful thing we call Toonami. We also adapted the attitude of the popular block throughout the site. This is the revolution, sit back and stay for a while!
How and When Did CNX Start?
Inspired by some rumblings on CybertOOn's message board, the CNX (formerly CN2):
Toonami Inner Circle, was born in June 1998, though the backbone of the campaign began in newsgroups by myself much earlier. Founded by Skullmnky and myself, but includes many
sites, the Inner Circle is dedicated to spreading the word of Toonami to the masses. SkullMnky's site came first, but this site had an impact. It visuallized the campaign. In 1999, the people started to come. And the rest is history. Oh, I said campaign, but I'm not like those that start a campaign and go on though its already been achieved. Originally, the primary objective of campaign was to create a Toonami channel. Since a network is definitely in the planning stages, the circle has ended that petition and campaign and moved on to concentrate on spreading the good word about the ultra powerful block that our friends in Latin America call Talisman. We call it Toonami!
The core Inner Circle sites are:
CNX: Toonami Revolution (you're standing in it!)
Toonami Miscellanious (formerly Toonami Multimedia, this site has grown by leaps and bounds!)
Toonami Directory (A great collection of Toonami-related links)
Toonami Xperience (From Castle Control, a great Toonami site with an anime twist)
The legendary Toonami: The Unofficial (Gone but not forgotten!)
CyberCircle Asylum sites (Cartoon news and info sites that includes CybertOOn's Cartoon Campaign, SC's Voltron Asylum and CVPS, and The Star Blazers Revival)
DBZ: The Third Season (one of the web's greatest DBZ sites is about to get better)
And the latest addition to the Circle:
Toonami Basement (A great companion site to Toonami Miscellanious and the ONLY place to find a few Toonami bric-a-brac)
Whether it's heard here or any of the other Inner Circle sites, you'll know that the Toonami Revolution is being felt. We may have separate sites, but we're connected by the dream of the CNX: Toonami. Fans of Sailor Moon, Dragon Ball Z, Thundercats, Voltron, Robotech, ReBoot, and others are also supporters of the Inner Circle cause. Sites like TMNT 15, DBZ Spirit Realm, Powerpuff FM, Toonami Unlimited, toonOUT, DVD AniMania, and others are supporters of the Revolution. We just love good action shows, and Cartoon Network's Toonami is the best place to find them, though other shows like The New Batman/Superman Adventures, Men in Black, and others are seen on other outlets.
We want a Toonami channel to become a reality, which may just happen (the Toonami Takeovers could be a glimpse at things to come). We wanted Toonami to be longer than just two hours (success, see Toonami Midnight Run, an offshoot of our campaign, and soon the weekday Toonami will be three hours long!). Our presence is slowly but surely being felt (see the new feel of Toonami).
We are the Inner Circle. We're only just beginning. You can't ignore the Revolution! The Revolution Will Be Televised!
Stay tuned!!
