WATCH THIS SPACE #39: GRW - Day Three Recap
Day three of Giant Robot Week has come and gone. We said goodbye to Evangelion yesterday and Nadesico today, and I still can't believe Cartoon Network is selling Death and Rebirth and End of Evangelion on their website. Seriously, don't these people prescreen anything before they sell it? Those two DVDs are definitely not for kids.

Robotech returned to Toonami today. Sure, it's a show that was previously on Toonami, but it's a milestone series in the history of mecha in America, and I think it was pretty slick that Toonami actually aired this series, especially since the powers that be decided that it would never return to the afternoon Toonami. Sure, it's only for the rest of the week, but at least we're seeing two episodes that never aired on Toonami from the rarely-seen third saga.

One question . . . where's Low Brow? I want to see it again!

Overall, I'm going to have to give today's GRW installment a 3.5 out of 5. Slightly better today, but those squashed end credits are both sickening and unnecessary, especially with Robotech. consistant today, but EVA let a bittersweet taste in my mouth. Tomorrow, Dai-Guard premieres at the 4 PM EST/PST slot.

In closing for today's update, Giant Robot Week is pretty good, but it could have been better.

Until we are one, later.
